Carrie L. Billy is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation and formerly served as the President and CEO of the American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC). She also served as the first Executive Director of the White House Initiative on Tribal Colleges and Universities, where she helped secure billions of dollars in federal funding to support Tribal Colleges and Universities and their students.
During her visit, Carrie Billy will present her vision for the future of NTU to the university community and the general public. All presentations will be held in the Academic Building.
